In his heat race he started 4th and after a few laps he was in 2nd and that is where he finished.
In the main event he started 6th. Jacob McGrath a ACT veteran, also a racer friend of Wilky, was ahead of him. McGrath opened a big lead midway thru. Wilky was right behind him just sitting back, cooling his tires, Wilky made a big run with five taps to go and passed McGrath. They both got into lap traffic McGrath went high and Wilky went Low ~ bouncing off the 14 of Daryl Carl. McGrath came in 1st, Daryle Carl 2nd and Wilky took a very exciting 3rd.
At race tech they found McGrath overweight according to NASCAR and disqualified him. Final results Wilky was placed into the 2nd spot. Wilky and McGrath were called the Vermont Invader's.
